- Employment Pass: This scheme is for skilled, professional employees. You are eligible for this pass if your monthly salary is more than $3,600 in Singapore. The validity of this pass is 1-2 years, and there is no other official quota system for this employment pass.
- Personalised Employment Pass: The PEP pass is for specific high-earning employees. The main advantage of this pass is that if you switch to a new job in Singapore, you don’t need to reapply for an employment pass, and only you have to prove that you are not unemployed for over six months. The employment pass is non-renewable and valid for three years.
- Entrepreneur Pass: It’s different from the employment pass. People who want to Singapore to relocate their business or to start a new business can apply for this Entrepreneur pass. It’s a renewable pass and valid for only one year.
- S Pass: This scheme is for semi-skilled employees whose minimum salary is $2,200. You need a degree, diploma or technical qualification certificate for this pass. Initially, an S pass is issued for 1-2 years, and you can renew it later.
Requirements to apply Singapore visa for Indian citizen
You must need a six-month valid passport to apply for the above passes. Besides this, you require the offer letter provided by the company, financial support, vaccination certificate, and other identities, address, and qualifications proof. For the Entrepreneur pass, you need an invitation letter, business registration proof, and licence agreement of the hosting company.
